Scope of Refund Policy: This Refund Policy applies to all services provided by Medbill Ninja.

Refund Eligibility: Refunds may be considered if Medbill Ninja fails to meet the service standards agreed upon with the client. Refunds may also be considered in the following circumstances:

  • Overpayment of fees
  • Duplicate payments
  • Payment made in error
  • Cancellation of service prior to any work performed

Refund Requests: Clients may request a refund by contacting Medbill Ninja at the contact information provided below. The refund request must include a detailed explanation of the reason for the refund, as well as any supporting documentation.

Refund Process: Once a refund request is received, Medbill Ninja will review the request and determine eligibility for a refund. If a refund is approved, Medbill Ninja will process the refund within 30 business days. The refund will be made to the original payment method.

Refund Amount: The refund amount will be determined on a case-by-case basis and will depend on the nature of the refund request. Medbill Ninja reserves the right to deduct any costs incurred in processing the refund.

Cancellation of Services: If a client cancels our services, any fees paid in advance will be refunded based on the work completed up to the cancellation date.

Changes to Refund Policy: We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. We encourage our clients to review this Refund Policy periodically for any changes.
